How long does it take to reach you?

1-2 business days for West Malaysia, unless otherwise stated

2-3 business days for East Malaysia including Labuan, unless otherwise stated

What happens if there is no information on your tracking number?

The tracking number usually takes 12-24 hours to update. So you may want to check again later.

If no information found after 2 days, check your tracking and call to your local office and provide your tracking number to them. Most cases are delivery company called but can't reach you, tracking itself will state "Call no pickup" or something along that line. For whatever reason, it is best to call them and ask since you can arrange the delivery with them again.
