WHAT'S THE BENEFIT?

2. When the shipment is out for delivery (meaning courier is going to deliver to you), you will receive an email and get prepared for the delivery.
3. In the email, there will be a link you can directly trace your parcel without entering tracking number.

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Within Malaysia
We currently ship throughout West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
West Malaysia
- FREE Shipping on orders of RM150 and above.
- Orders below RM150 will be charged according to the shipping rate at checkout.
East Malaysia
Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on the parcel weight and destination.

We work with trusted courier services, including:
- Pos Laju
- J&T Express
- Other reliable courier partners when necessary
The courier may vary depending on your delivery location.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, WANGWANG HERBS SDN BHD is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Courier service disruptions
- Customs inspections (if applicable)
- Public holidays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged Parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving it and provide:
- Order Number
- Photos of the damaged parcel
- Photos of the products received
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
